RCL's MBA is a full-time career development programme covering strategic thinking, leadership, management practice and complex business issues. It is designed for students who want to strengthen critical knowledge of organisations, improve analytical and systematic approaches to management problems and build skills valued in global business environments.

Entry requirements

Applicants normally need a relevant honours degree or equivalent. RCL also states that applicants should have at least two years' relevant work experience; substantial management experience may be considered where standard qualifications are not held. If English is not the applicant's first language, IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5 or equivalent is required.
