Standard Entry Requirements
To apply for this course, one of the following academic qualifications is required:
- 48 UCAS tariff points
- 60 credit Ofqual qualification at Level 3
- Applicants under the age of 21 will be considered with five GCSEs passed at grade 4 or above (must include maths and English)
European qualifications: Applicants with European qualifications are welcome to apply. Please note that the qualification will be assessed by our Admissions Team in order to verify its UK equivalency.
All qualifications must have been achieved within no more than five years of the course commencement date.

Suitability for this programme is not exclusively limited to academic qualifications and may be demonstrated through relevant professional experience which showcases transferable skills and knowledge.
English Language Requirements
All applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency above the B2 level of the Common European Framework (CEFR). A wide range of academic English qualifications and English tests are accepted as evidence of an applicant’s language ability, including:
- GCSE English Language grade 4/C or above
- IELTS 5.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each component
- Level 2 Functional Skills Qualification in English
- Duolingo English Test: 95 level overall, with no less than 95 in each component

Teaching and assessment
